How do I create a My altafiber Account?

Before you create your My altafiber Account, you will need the following items: 

• An active Email address. 
• Your altafiber account number (found in the header of your bill). 

To create your My altafiber Account: 

1. Go to www.altafiber.com and click the “My altafiber Account” icon in the top right corner or click here to sign up for a My altafiber Account. 
2. Click the “First Time User? Register.” hyperlink. 
3. Complete the form and all required fields.  
   
   NOTE: You will need your account number to set your My altafiber Account log in; this can be found on your receipt or bill. 
4. After completing the Account Registration form, click the Continue button. You will be asked to review the information you have entered once more to ensure we recorded it correctly. Then enter the “Amount of Last Bill” and click "Continue". Your information will be processed, and an overview of your new profile will appear. 
5. To log in after creating your profile, click the "Log In" button in the top right corner.
