altafiber’s most important asset is the 1,400 employees who support customers throughout our Midwestern footprint covering parts of Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. We are committed to investing in our employees through multiple initiatives that include:

         

Learning & Development: altafiber has built robust Learning and Development programs that equip employees with the skills they need to succeed and grow. We aim to make our employees experts in what they do through multiple avenues including Training Programs, Tuition Reimbursement, Internship and Mentorship Programs, and Management & Leadership Development Programs.

         

Employee Engagement: altafiber regularly conducts surveys to understand what benefits employees value so we can make better investments in their overall satisfaction and wellbeing. This employee feedback informs our approach to compensation and benefits, wellness programs, and the physical work environment and amenities. altafiber’s executive team also regularly meets with employees to hear their concerns, answer questions, and ensure everybody understands their role in the organization.
