The Connecting & Building Young Professionals ERG's mission is to cultivate camaraderie among intergenerational talent, deepen professionals' knowledge of the company, offer networking and professional development opportunities, and be a force for good within the community while representing altafiber.
The Connecting & Building Young Professionals ERG is open to employees of any age and does not limit membership based on any age specifications. The group seeks to include any employees who are "young" at heart, "young" in their career or position, or interested in the advancement of "young" professionals.
