Surcharges (e.g., broadcast surcharge up to $26.74/month) are extra and subject to change. TV equipment is optional, and channel availability depends on the selected TV plan, with not all channels available in all locations. The altafiber Fioptics+ TV app requires a subscription to Fioptics+ TV video service, must be connected to altafiber home wireless (Wi-Fi) internet network for live streaming access all channels, not all channels are available on the Fioptics+ TV app outside of the home network based on rights granted by the content owner. Fioptics+ app requires an altafiber My Account username and password to access on supported streaming and mobile devices. Not all content or streaming features are supported in all areas.
"Promotion" refers to a discount amount applied to the standard price of altafiber products for a limited time. Standard prices are subject to change. “Price Lock” means your monthly service fee for altafiber Internet service will remain the same during the applicable Price Lock period commencing on your installation date. Standard fees will be charged for any additional equipment that may be required.
