Clear app cache and data

  • To remove the cache and data of an application from the HTC, follow these steps:
  • Go to the Home screen.
  • To open the menu, swipe up on the screen.
  • Scroll down.
  • Choose Settings.
  • Scroll down.
  • Choose Apps & notifications.
  • Choose See all apps.
  • Choose an application, in this case, scroll down and choose Fioptics+.
  • Choose Storage.
  • To delete the cache, choose CLEAR CACHE.
  • To clear data, choose CLEAR STORAGE.
  • Choose OK.
  • The cache and the data have been deleted.
  • Return to the Home screen.
