Promotional offers listed on the altafiber website are limited-time offers available only to qualified new residential customers. Availability is determined by the service address and is not available in all areas. Promotion requires service activation and eBill Subscription. The modem lease is optional for Internet service and costs $11.99 per month. A set-top box is optional for TV service. The first set-top box costs $8.99 per month, with each subsequent box costing $5 per month. When combined with internet service, the altafiber basic TV plan is free. You must purchase internet service and subscribe to eBill to qualify for free TV; eBill is required to receive the full promotional discount. If the equipment is not returned to altafiber after subscription cancellation, there will be equipment charges. Additional features, taxes, government fees, and surcharges are not included in the package price. Other restrictions may apply. Prices for standard items are subject to change.


"Promotion" refers to a discount amount applied to the standard price of altafiber products for a limited time. Standard prices are subject to change. “Price Lock” means your monthly service fee for altafiber Internet service will remain the same during the applicable Price Lock period commencing on your installation date. This offer is only available to residential customers adding new altafiber Internet service. The price lock is forfeited if service is suspended. Standard fees will be charged for any additional equipment that may be required Price Lock does not apply to or include the following: long distance, Video on Demand (VOD), PPV charges, other one time fees, taxes, surcharges or fees.‡30-day money-back guarantee on monthly recurring charges and activation fees for new TV or Internet services. Must request refund on new service(s) within 30 days of qualifying installations.
