By signing up for altafiber's eBill service, you understand that you will no longer receive a paper bill in the mail from altafiber. altafiber eBill service is a paperless billing option that enables you to view and pay your altafiber billing statement online. You will have the ability to print your electronic bill at any time.


altafiber will send an email notification to your email account of record within your altafiber My Account to inform you that your electronic bill is available for viewing. For your convenience, this email notification will contain a direct link to your account..


Participation in the eBill service is subject to altafibers approval. You understand that altafiber reserves the right, upon written notification, to terminate your participation in this payment option. altafiber may terminate this option at any time, as authorized by applicable law. You agree that altafiber is not liable for incorrect bill statements, except, however, should an error in the bill statement occur, you must provide written notice to altafiber detailing the nature of the error. If altafiber determines that an error has been made on your electronic bill statement, altafiber shall make adjustments to your account as appropriate. If you intend to dispute charges on your bill, please contact altafiber at 1-888-891-0619. altafiber will make every effort to make adjustments in a timely manner.


You understand that you must be an active altafiber telephone customer or altafiber Wireless customer with an altafiber bill to be eligible for eBill service.


You understand that you can cancel the eBill service with altafiber at anytime. altafiber reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
